DCコミックからは「ジョーカー」や「ハーレ・クイン」が、マーベル映画からも「ヴェノム」、「モービビウス」など有名なヴィランの単独映画が続いています。
そして、またしても新たなヴィランが主役の映画が公開されます。
その名も「ブラックアダム」！！！

The Man in Black ⚡️ Like most kids growing up, I dreamed about being a superhero. Having cool superpowers, fighting for what’s right and always protecting the people. It all changed for me, when I was 10yrs old and was first introduced to the greatest superhero of all time - SUPERMAN. As a kid, Superman was the hero I always wanted to be. But, a few years into my fantasy, I realized that Superman was the hero, I could never be. I was too rebellious. Too rambunctious. Too resistant to convention and authority. Despite my troubles, I was still a good kid with a good heart - I just liked to do things my way. Now, years later as a man, with the same DNA I had as a kid - my superhero dreams have come true. I’m honored to join the iconic #DCUniverse and it’s a true pleasure to become, BLACK ADAM. BLACK ADAM is blessed by magic with the powers equal to SUPERMAN, but the difference is he doesn’t toe the mark or walk the line. He’s a rebellious, one of a kind superhero, who’ll always do what’s right for the people - but he does it his way. Truth and justice - the BLACK ADAM way. This role is unlike any other I’ve ever played in my career and I’m grateful to the bone we’ll all go on this journey together. ブラックアダムは2019年に映画「シャザム!」に登場する主役ヒーローであるシャザムの宿敵で、映画ジュマンジやワイルドスピードで圧倒的な筋肉で存在感を誇る俳優ドウェインジョンソンが演じます。
ドウェインジョンソンはインタビューでブラックアダムは規則を破ったり責任を放棄したり、反抗的な存在だが、彼なりのやり方で真実と正義のもと正しい選択をするヒーローだと語っており、「ジョーカー」や「ハーレ・クイン」とは異なり、ヒーローとして描かれるのではないかと言われています。

ブラックアダムは本名をテス・アダムと言います。
古代エジプトの王子で、魔術師シャザムから授かった力で、変身呪「シャザム！」で変身します。
傲慢で理想と欲望のためにヴィランとして描かれることが多いキャラクターですが、自身の新年を持っており、原作でもアンチヒーロー的な描かれ方をしていました。
ブラックアダムの能力
ブラックアダムもシャザム同様に、超人的な能力を持っています。
スタミナ、パワー、体力、飛行能力など、スーパーマンに近いポテンシャルを秘めており、加えて雷を自在に操ります。
ブラックアダムは長生き
古代エジプトの王子であるブラックアダム、当時から生きているので、彼の年齢は数千歳です。
まとめ
まだまだ情報が少ないブラックアダム。
気になる公開年もまだ決まっておらず、現在制作が開始されていることくらいしか分かっておりません。
